Thank you for contacting IndeMedical.com!

To ensure a proper fit, ActiveAid required that we provide the serial number from the Shower Chair the replacement seat will be used on. It will be on a sticker on the bottom of the frame.

Thank you for contacting IndeMedical.com!

Yes, the seat will fit on your chair. You will have to take off the 4 plastic positioners and all hardware and re-attached the new seat.
