FLEXI-TRAK Large Anchoring Device

A skin-friendly, modern acrylic adhesive strip for anchoring tubes and catheters to skin, such as urinary catheters, gastrostomy tubes, and chest tubes. Adhesive. Latex-free. Measures 38 mm W X 100 mm L.

For anchoring tubes and catheters to skin, such as:

• Urinary Catheters
• Gastrostomy Tubes
• I.V. Tubes
• Rectal Tubes
• Chest Tubes
• Central Venous Lines
• Pacemaker Wires
• Sump Tubes (Nasogastric Tubes)
• Biliary Drainage Tubes
• Nephrostomy Tubes
• Peritoneal Dialysis Tubes

Please Note

• Apply only to intact skin
• Can remain in place up to 5 days
• The tabs are resealable to accommodate repositioning of the catheter/tube

Instructions for Use: 

• Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from powder and greasy substances
• Remove the plain white backing paper from the device
• Apply the body pad adhesive to the desired location
• Remove printed backing paper from reusable tape on the top side
• Place the catheter/tube along the center of the device
  
• Mold both sides of the tape to the contour of the catheter/tube. Check that the tape is secure around catheter/tube
  

Instructions for Removal:

• Remove catheter/tube, then apply light pressure on adjacent skin while gently pulling the adhesive from the skin
  
  

Contraindications:

• Do not use on patients with a known sensitivity to acrylic adhesive or its components.
