The cushion I got is not the same as the one I ordered and is pictured. It does not have velcro straps it has a latch which makes it easier to break when someone of weight is being transferred. It does not seem like it is gel either inside. Just foam. So I did not get the product I paid for and hoped to receive. I will not be ordering form this site again as a result.
