The JAY Ion Wheelchair Cushion from IndeMedical.com is comfortable, convenient, and antimicrobial. The Ion™ Cushion has three layers of foam for superior comfort: a super soft foam top, structural foam imbedded on the bottom sides, and a layer of reticulated foam in the cover absorbs heat and moisture. The thin fabric weave makes washing and drying a breeze while an inner water-reisistant cover wipes clean in seconds. Finally, an antimicrobial outer later with X-static® fabric is impregnated with silver.

The Ion cushion features a dual-layered foam base for a combination of structural support and comfort. For optimized immersion for each individual, the foam's firmness is determined by the cushion width, which directly corresponds with client weight.

The machine-washable, stretch outer cover reduces surface tension and utilizes naturally anti-microbial, silver-impregnated X-static® fiber. A layer of 3DX spacer fabric promotes airflow and dissipates heat and moisture for additional skin protection.
