Specifically designed for children ages 1-13 with impaired GI function, Peptamen Junior Fiber is a peptide-based pediatric formula that is well-tolerated and easy-to-digest. This nutritionally complete formula contains a blend of soluble and insoluble fiber to help support digestive health and bowel function.
Peptamen Junior Fiber formula contains 100% whey protein to support feeding tolerance. It also contains the CalciLock blend of essential nutrients to support healthy bone development. This nutrient blend includes calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins D, C & K and is designed to support bone health. Although each individual nutrient has a specific role, the nutrients work together to provide the CalciLock benefit.
Available in vanilla for oral supplementation or tube feeding.
Peptamen Junior Fiber is gluten-free and lactose-free, but is not suitable for people with galactosemia. It contains milk protein, so it is not appropriate for children with a cow’s milk protein allergy
