The chair arrived right away and was easy to put together; however, one of the arms was missing. I left a phone message on Saturday which was returned Monday morning. I was asked to have the chair in the shipping box and it would be picked up. I told the man the chair was at my clients home and had already been used. Since it had been used I couldn't return it. I said all I needed was the arm....the Fed Ex man came by two days later to pick up the chair after I'd told the owner of the company that that the chair was used and unavailable to repackage....I did receive a second chair, free, it's in my garage and I haven't checked to see if it has two arms....when I need something for my business, I need it asap...I won't utilize this company again.
