I bought this because I travel internationally a few times a year requiring ~9hrs in a standard airline seat.
I found the seat easy to fold and stow in a laptop bag without taking up too much space. I found the pump to be a bit bulky - it's the size of a small water bottle.
Inflation was easy - the pump has a flexible tube which allows operation from any angle and you can close the cushion's inflation valve by rotating the pump while connected - which allows you to sit on the cushion and let air out until comfortable, and pump more in if you go to far. I did receive inquisitive looks from other passengers while pumping, but it does not take too long.
For size, it nicely fit a standard coach airline seat as sported by American Airlines.
As for comfort, this cushion is not the holy grail, but it did remarkably reduce the number of times I had to shift position and did allow me a good number of hours of sleep. I did not feel the same pressure discomfort, and at no time did I suffer the sitz bone pain I usually get on long journeys. I'm sure the ROHO Aviation Pilot Seat Cushion at double the price is the holy grail if you do travel a lot.
Deflation was easy - open the valve and your weight does the rest.
Overall a fairly good comfort experience, which is why 5 stars as I am realistic in my expectations of how comfortable it is possible to get while travelling.
