Rochester Hydrophilic Personal Intermittent Catheter

Overall I was pretty satisfied with these. They have all the usual advantages of a hydrophilic catheter - quick, easy, and mess-free. The only issue I had with these, and the only thing keeping them from getting a five star review, is that the volume of water in the packet inside the catheter package is quite small, and the volume of the catheter package is large, so it can be tricky to make sure the entire catheter is wet (and therefore lubricated) before taking it out of the package. After several times of trying to insert one only to have part of it dry and sticky, I started rubbing my fingers around the catheter when it was still inside the package to make sure it was properly lubricated. This mostly worked, but I still had a couple of instances where the catheter still had dry spots. The inside diameter of these seemed smaller than I'm used to in a 14 Fr catheter. This wasn't a big problems for me, since I'm rarely in a great hurry in the bathroom, but if you need to cath and go, you may find it problematic. Overall it's a good catheter for the price.
