So far satisfied
It is used for excersizes by physically handicaped person who is suffering with knee pains. It works well as an easy tool to go distances in a slow pace. The trike can be (relatively) easily disassembled into 2 parts (front wheel assembly and the rest) into our minivan with two 18-inch kids bikes. If needed, the 2 rare wheel can come off with a push of button to make it into a smaller space. The 3 gears do not make slope friendly, but they would help accelerate to faster speeds on flat stretches. I was hoping that the light gear would help cope with slight uphill while the heavy gear would do the normal ride, but that can only happen after the person is trained to be strong enough to use that way. Due to coasting break, it is hard to push the trike when you want to "manually" (not operating as a rider) move/change directions. It is solid and stable with a steel frame. The wheels are also in good quality. With some practice, the rider is happy to have this hand trike. During the assembly out of the box I was looking at the instruction and failed to notice the short shafts that attache the rare wheels to the main frame. The picture in the instruction only show too small a potion of the shaft to indicate what the whole shaft looks like. I hope the instruction would refer those short shafts more obviously.
