Mepilex Transfer Ag with Safetac is a “multi-benefit” transfer dressing designed for low to high exuding wounds and with the patient as a central mind. Safetac is clinically proven to minimize stress and pain for the patient while having direct contact to the wound and surrounding skin. Safetac seals around the wound, allowing the foam to effectively transfer exudate to a 2nd layer whilst preventing microbial growth. It all adds up to undisturbed healing.
Mepilex Transfer is designed for a wide range of exuding wounds, and difficult-to-dress wounds. It can also be used as a protective layer on non-exuding wounds and/or large areas of fragile skin. Mepilex Transfer draws exudate from the wound, moving it to a secondary absorbent pad.
