The lightweight and compact design of the multiCHAIR 4000TIlt makes it easy to maneuver and portable. Features a tilt-in-space system that is controlled by a rack-and-pinion hand crank for easy adjustment of the tilt angle. The hand crank lever can be mounted on either side for left- or right-hand side operation. The Center-of-Mass design allows for a short depth (32” upright / 42” at full-tilt), making this tub chair the ideal solution for smaller bathrooms. Additional features include adjustable swing-away footrests, cantilever fold-back/locking padded chair arms, adjustable padded headrest, and self-skinning padded urethane cushions with 1/2” waterfall-style foam ring around the commode opening and slot help protect the ischial and coccyx areas to reduce risk of pressure sores. Constructed of aircraft grade aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and durable plastics this chair will not rust or corrode.
