Returns Policy

Non-Defective Returns: New, unopened, and unused items sold by are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for refund, excluding shipping charges and restocking fee's. Items must be returned in their original product packaging and must be suitable for resale. Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number and Reason for the Return. Qualifying returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) with specific instructions on where to ship the item. Credit will be applied in the original form of payment within 2 weeks of the received and authorized return.

Defective Returns:
In most cases Defective products will be exchanged with the manufacturer under their warranty policy.

Non-Returnable Items:
Hygiene and Custom products are non-returnable. These include Custom Wheelchairs, Wheelchair Cushions, Pillows, Braces, Incontinence Products, Orthopedic Products, Bath Safety Equipment or any item that comes in direct contact with the skin.
