TENA Stretch Super Incontinence Briefs

good but need a smaller size

These are the most comfortable briefs I've found. They have enough absorbency to comfortably hold a sudden large void (such as from urge incontinence), but they're thin enough for discreet, everyday wear. The stretch side panels keep them from getting saggy the way most briefs do, and the velcro tabs are the full height of the side panels and stay closed securely and give lots of adjustability in the fit. I've worn a lot of different briefs, and there is really nothing else available that I find as secure and comfortable as these. I don't mean to sound like a Tena ad, but I've never found another brief that has the wide stretchy sides, and those really prevent the problems I've had with other briefs where either the material of the sides gradually stretches out or the tapes slip a little, both of which cause the fit to get looser over time. The elastic sides and wide velcro tabs completely eliminate these problems, so even if I've worn the brief for twelve hours of active work it's not sliding down under my pants and threatening to ride low enough that it doesn't do its job when I need it. One thing to be aware of is that their sizing is different from many other briefs. I wear a large in most types, but the large Tena Stretch (both super and ultra are sized the same way) is just a little to big for me. The medium is snug, but since I'm active and moving around I find that to work better than a looser fit. Look at the sizing chart, and don't be afraid to order a size that's different from what you're used to.
